Summonses

2/1 at 10:13 a.m. A 16-year-old female, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Randy Cook on Eagles Way on a charge of aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs.

2/1 at 11:30 a.m. A 17-year-old male, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Randy Cook on Eagles Way on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana.

2/7 at 4:16 p.m. Elizabeth Nelson, 57, of Columbia Avenue, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

Filled ‘n’ fled

2/4 at 8:23 a.m. Sgt. Mark Gilliam responded to the report at J & S Oil on Lewiston Road of a motorist who pumped gas at the station and then left without paying. Police will view surveillance tapes to learn the driver’s identity.

Fire calls

2/2 at 2 p.m. Report of drowning person, ultimately found to be a training exercise, at Bowdoin Mill Island.
