WATERVILLE — Maine Maritime sailed to a dominating 77-40 victory over Thomas College on Saturday afternoon to clinch the No. 3 seed in the upcoming North Atlantic Conference tournament.

Alecia Faulkingham closed out the second quarter with a 3-pointer to give the Mariners a 45-21 lead at the intermission.

The Mariners concluded the regular season with a 17-8 overall record and a 13-5 conference record.

Maine Maritime will host a quarterfinal matchup against Colby- Sawyer College on today.
