When Bernie Sanders is inaugurated on my birthday, Jan. 20, 2017, I shall suggest that he nominate Judith Sheindlin (TV’s “Judge Judy”) to the Supreme Court.
This would improve the country in two ways:
• Judy brags that she makes more money than a normal judge, putting her in the 1 percent group, at the expense of people presumed innocent until proven guilty.
• Secondly, she would be with her peers, a group of anti-constitutionals who have decreed that it’s OK to take legally owned property away from the “little guy” and give it to developers.
Rein in the Supreme Court!
