Author Jamie Rooney will discuss her new book, “Black to Blue,” her life story of growing up in poverty, surrounded by extreme substance and physical abuse, and how she turned things around, pursuing a career in law enforcement and helping others find direction and achievement against the odds. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing.
