A 37-year-old woman was killed in an early-morning vehicle crash in Waterford, WCSH-TV reports.
Jennifer Daggett of Waterford was dead when police arrived at about 7:30 a.m., the Oxford County Sheriff’s Department told the TV station. A sheriff’s deputy said it was not clear when the crash happened, but the last time anyone had contact with Daggett was about 12:30 a.m.
It appeared that Daggett’s vehicle struck a tree before going off the roadway.
Alcohol and road conditions are believed to be factors, authorities told the station.
