KENNEBUNK — Joyce Hutchins was surprised as part of her move-in welcome to Atria Kennebunk, when Atria’s Engage Life and Culinary Department teamed together to plan a special “Beethoven Theme Night.” Joyce had mentioned Beethoven was one of her favorites, and with a bit of innovative fun, things came together. Pianist Larry Gowell played a few renditions of Beethoven’s piano concertos and classical selections after a personalized dinner was enjoyed by all. With themed meals such as the “Beethoven Burger,” each table in the dining room also featured facts about Beethoven’s life.
