4/13 at 10:17 a.m. Margarito Hernandez, 40, of Harrison Avenue, Biddeford, was arrested on Newell Road by Officer Brian Andreasen on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

4/17 at 10:33 a.m. Andrew Wallace, 47, of Parliament Circle, Topsham, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Joshua Robinson on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle 150 days or more and failure to display a current and valid certification of inspection.
