SACO — The Margaret Murphy Centers for Children celebrated its grand opening of their new school on April 13 at 60 Industrial Park Road. The new school will serve students ages 3 to 20 who cannot access the range or intensity of services needed in their public schools. MMCC, primarily located in the Lewiston-Auburn area, opened its first stateapproved special purpose program in 2000 with three students. Sixteen years later, it has expanded to nine sites and serve nearly 170 students.
