4/16 at 10:57 p.m. David L. Smith II, 25, of Hampden, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Ryan Le on a charge of operating under the influence. 

4/17 at 3:27 p.m. Shannon Lyons-Dunnell, 33, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Shane Stephenson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

4/17 at 11:47 p.m. Akeel D. Wiggan, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Ezekiel Collins on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
