Jim Brady A longtime hotel developer, Jim Brady specializes in repurposing historic commercial buildings and most recently developed the former Press Herald building into the Press Hotel.

Justin Lamontagne, CCIM joined NAI The Dunham Group in 2011 and has worked in commercial real estate since 2006. He has successfully brokered transactions in all sectors of commercial real estate, specializing in industrial, office and investment properties.

Matthew E. Tonello, P.E.  is Director of Operations for Consigli’s Northern New England work.  He is responsible for preconstruction efforts, contracting and staffing for the Portland, Maine office.
Consigli’s Portland group, consisting of over 100 field and salary employees, focusses on preconstruction and construction work for Corporate, Academic, Healthcare and Life Science clients.

Craig Young, CCIM joined CBRE | The Boulos Company in 1987, and is currently a Partner and senior broker.  he has completed several complicated development transactions, dozens of high value investment deals and has experience on all sides of the transaction – buyer, seller, landlord and tenant rep.
