5/1 at 1:24 a.m. Joseph C. Queen, 24, of Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of operating under the influence and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more. 

5/2 at 3:45 p.m. Alyssa D. Penney, 19, of South Portland, was arrested on Bramhall Street by Officer Richard Mearn on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. 

5/2 at 8:42 p.m. Henry O’Shane, 22, no address listed, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on charges of attaching false plates and operating without a license. 

5/3 at 5:14 a.m. William C. Maines, 26, of Freeport, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on a probation hold. 

5/3 at 4:19 p.m. Robert E. Riffey, 46, of Portland, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Caleb Gray on charges of criminal trespass, falsifying physical evidence and making a false alarm or report. 

5/3 at 8:45 p.m. Scott Landry, 35, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/4 at 12:33 p.m. Patrick G. Mullen, 46, of Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Chris Gosling on a charge of violating conditions of release.
