Westbrook annually plays host to the boys’ outdoor relays, and this spring was no exception.

Blazes head coach Claton Conrad was pleased with the way the meet went off.

“This meet was a good chance for most of the teams in the SMAA to compete against each other as if it was a preview to the Maine Southwestern Outdoor Track Championship,” Conrad said. “It’s the first time this season the Westbrook boys track team got to compete as a full squad. It was also a good chance for the boys to measure themselves up with the the bigger teams in the SMAA. Overall, the meet ran smoothly, there was a big crowd of parents to cheer the boys on and it was a great day for Westbrook.”
