5/9 at 3:52 p.m. Ryan J. Bachman, 34, of Forest Street, Westbrook, was arrested at Route 1 and Sawyer Road by Officer Donald Laflin on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating without a license. 

5/10 at 2:17 p.m. Maxwell R. L. Carollo, 19, of Old Neck Road, was arrested on Municipal Drive by Officer Michael Beeler on charges of violating conditions of release, refusing to submit to arrest and trafficking in prison contraband. 

5/11 at 12:20 p.m. Scott A. Shepard, 49, of Broadturn Road, was arrested at Route 1 and Milliken Road by Officer Joshua Guay on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

5/12 at 7:17 p.m. Daniel R. Cox, 53, of State Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release. 

5/12 at 7:17 p.m. Karen M. McCabe, 44, of Prince Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

5/13 at 6:21 p.m. David L. Perkins, 38, of Sawyer Road, was arrested at Mussey Road and Spring Street by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

5/14 at 12:05 p.m. Brian R. Beach, 45, of West Avenue, Rochester, New York, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of criminal attempt, operating after suspension and operating under the influence.
