Letter to the editor: Canceling parades for rain threat shows we’re not worthy of fallen heroes

What wimps we have become. Memorial Day parades were canceled because of the possibility of rain. What an example for our youth! Imagine if our fallen heroes had begged out of combat because they might get wet. Irv Drexler South Portland
