Scarborough High School Alumni Scholarship Fund has awarded three, $1,500 scholarships to Kyle Ankermann, who will be attending Roger Williams University; Danielle Dumais, who will be attending Wesleyan University; and Lauren Loisel, who will be attending Gordon College.
Applicants are judged on their community service, financial need and an essay on the meaning of friendship in their lives. The Scholarship Fund was established in 1999 in memory of Debra Libby Scott. Contributions to the fund can be sent to: SHS Alumni Scholarship Fund, Inc., P.O. Box 6907, Scarborough, Maine 04070.
