Scarborough police are seeking a man who was last seen early Saturday morning in Portland’s Old Port.
According to a post on the Scarborough Police Department’s Facebook page, Matthew Foster, 23, of Scarborough, was last seen at 1 a.m. Saturday in the Old Port, and may have gone to the waterfront.

Foster is diabetic, and was carrying only a day’s worth of medication with him. He was not carrying his cell phone.
Anyone with information about Foster’s whereabouts is asked to call the Scarborough Police Department at 207-883-6361.
