Cole Smith of Scarborough has joined the CBRE | The Boulos Company as an associate, who will assist in the brokerage duties for the company in Greater Portland. Smith majored in business administration at the University of Maine Farmington and serves in the U.S. Army Reserves as a military police officer.
His commercial real estate professional experience includes internships at both Jones Lang Lasalle and CBRE | The Boulos Company. A former ski instructor at Sugarloaf, Smith is an avid skier and sports fan.
