The Scarborough Public Library is offering a free, five-part, basic JavaScript workshop beginning Monday, June 27, at 6 p.m. The program is open to area adults, including high school and college students.

The co-facilitators will be Rob Levine, a senior software engineer at Oracle, and Tom Corbett, the library’s systems librarian. Participants will be introduced to JavaScript, the programming language that helps operate websites.

Space is limited and pre-registration is suggested. See the Learning Badges page at www.scarboroughlibrary.org/badges or contact Corbett at 396-6271 to sign up or for more information.
