BIDDEFORD — Brady Crepeau struck out nine over six innings Wednesday to lead Saco & Biddeford Savings to an 8-3 victory against Bonanza in an American Legion baseball game.

Nate Martineau of Bonanza finished with two hits, including a double, and two RBI.

Carter Edgerton of Saco & Biddeford Savings had two hits and two RBI.

Crepeau allowed one earned run and three walks.

YANKEE FORD 6, SEBAGO LAKERS 3: Drew Abramson had two hits and pitched three shutout innings to record the save as Yankee Ford (10-0) defeated the Sebago Lakers (6-4) in a Zone 3 game at South Portland.

Tanner LaBerge of the Sebago Lakers finished with three hits, including a double, and two RBI.

Dylan Roberts led off the fifth inning with a home run to put Yankee Ford ahead 5-3.

Sam Troiano pitched four innings, giving up three runs.

WELLS 3, STAPLES CROSSING 1: Eric Aiken struck out nine over six innings as Wells (9-2) defeated Staples Crossing (6-5) in a Zone 4 game at South Berwick.

Wells scored first on a single by Cam Cousins in the third.

Kyle Parmley of Staples Crossing scored on an error in the fifth to make it 1-1.

Liam Bell of Wells drove in the go-ahead run in the sixth with an RBI single. Wells added another run in the seventh on an RBI-groundout by Cousins.

Aiken picked up the victory, pitching six innings, allowing five hits with one unearned run and three walks while striking out nine.

TWILIGHT LEAGUE

PATRIOT INSURANCE 5, AERO 0: Kyle Stanley pitched six no-hit innings to lead Patriot Insurance (4-6) over Aero (5-6) at South Portland.

Patriot Insurance took the lead on Abe Grainger’s two-run double in the first.

Elijah Roe of Patriot had two singles, two runs and a stolen base.

Ryan Ruhlin relieved in the seventh, when Aero got back-to-back singles from Owen Kimmel and Nick Bowie.

Stanley allowed two walks and struck out two.

ON TARGET 1 EDGE ACADEMY 0: Sam Warren’s bloop single drove in Darren Wood to give On Target the win in 13 innings.

Wood doubled twice and scored after his double to center field.
