David Coffman, D.O., has joined Mount Desert Island Hospital.
He has more than 20 years of experience in trauma surgery/traumatology, general surgery and surgical critical care medicine.
David Brackett has joined Keller Williams Realty, The Don L’Heureux Team.
Brackett brings experience in southern Maine’s waterfront communities, including the Lakes Region and Peaks Island. He also has knowledge in new construction.
Community Credit Union has hired Tristina Baril as a member representative.
Baril will assist members with daily transactions, primarily from the Lewiston branch.
Norton Financial Services has hired Jamie Dumond as an executive assistant.

On Target Utility Services recently hired nine graduates of Kennebec Valley Community College’s Electrical Lineworker Technology Program.
Josiah Audet, Samuel Benson, Joshua Craig, Kaleb Forsman, Shawn Gray, Edwin Greenlaw III, Jeffrey Merrill III and Dalton Skidgel were hired as line worker apprentices. Dustin Fisher was hired as a locate technician.
Randall B. Hobbs has joined Hobbs Funeral Home as a licensed funeral director.
Hobbs, of South Portland, is the grandson of funeral home founders, Frank Hobbs Sr. and Elizabeth Hobbs. He recently passed his Maine state boards and the national certification examinations required to become a funeral director. He also served as an apprentice at the funeral home.
Brad Robinson has joined HDR as cross sector director for the firm’s project controls practice.
Robinson brings 34 years of experience in project management and project controls, including global projects. He spent the past 24 years working with Parsons Brinckerhoff.
BCE has hired Paulette Witherall to handle all administrative duties.
Witherall was previously with Cole Haan, where she served as a receptionist and coordinator providing administrative support.
She brings over 25 years of experience in office and business management, human resources.
CIEE, the Council on International Educational Exchange, has hired Brent Bruggeman as chief information officer.
Bruggeman spent most of his career consulting for Fortune 100 and 500 organizations, most recently serving as a director with Deloitte Consulting LLP in Cincinnati.
