Quinton Libsack of Freeport (middle) 

passed his Eagle Board of Review in January. He is a member of

Boy Scout Troop 58 Cumberland/ North Yarmouth.

There were two parts to his project. One part was to complete some trail

maintenance work, build benches and build a map display at Hedgehog

Mountain. The other was work at Leon Gorman Park to address trail drainage

and erosion issues. His ceremony is Sunday, August 14 at 1 p.m.  at the Cumberland Congregational Church. From left are Patrick Zroika, Libsack’s Eagle Scout project advistor, Libsack and Joe Kurlanski, former Troop 58 Scoutmaster. Libsack, 18, graduated summa cum laude from Freeport High School in June.
