A person who is unable to engage in tactful civil discourse is unfit for public service.

A person who is unable to respect all of the inhabitants of the state that he or she governs is unfit to govern.

A person who repeatedly engages in vulgar, violent and threatening rhetoric, in public or in private, is unfit to represent the people of Maine.

A person who is unable to control their rage or their contempt for anyone who disagrees with them is unfit as a functioning human being.

It’s time for Gov. Paul LePage to face the fact that he is unfit to serve as a public servant, a governor or even a decent, respectful human being. It’s time for Mr. LePage to restore the honor and dignity of the Blaine House, the state of Maine and most importantly, the people of Maine, by resigning as governor.
