Our politically correct world has lost its way. A private voice mail from Gov. LePage becomes publicly broadcast? Worse, it is used as a weapon of mass destruction in the media to defame a sitting governor for only political gain?

I remember when responsible parties would have agreed that the damage done to civility and the best interest of the citizens outweighed media sensationalism and partisan politics. A private intervention with LePage would have been far more effective at curbing his behavior.
