A fire Sunday night displaced residents of four apartments in a building that also houses Moran’s Market in Portland’s Riverton neighborhood.

Crews quickly extinguished the blaze on Forest Avenue, according to WCSH-TV.

Portland Fire Department Deputy Chief John Everett told WCSH that all residents made it out safely.

He said the fire appeared to have started on the structure’s bottom floor.

The cause is under investigation.
