WINDHAM — Noah Goren had two goals and an assist, helping Thornton Academy remain undefeated with a 5-2 victory over Windham in a Class A South boys’ soccer game Thursday night.

Goren scored the only goal of the first half off a corner kick with 19:46 remaining.

Noah Niles added two goals for Thornton Academy (5-0), while Alec McAlary had one.

Felix Lang and Tyler Thornton scored for Windham (1-3) in the final six minutes of the second half.

Colin Daly had four saves for the Trojans. Cam Brown stopped 14 shots for the Eagles.

GORHAM 5, BONNY EAGLE 1: Jackson Fotter had three goals and an assist to lead the Rams (4-0) over the Scots (1-3) in Standish.

Kyle King and Kyle Patterson each added a goal for Gorham, which led 4-0 at halftime.

Ryan Moody scored on a penalty kick for Bonny Eagle, while Brady Grass made five saves.

Alex York stopped five shots for Gorham.

WESTBROOK 5, MASSABESIC 3: Grayson Post had two goals and an assist to lead the Blue Blazes (4-1) over the Mustangs (0-5) in Westbrook.

Jean Marc Lohomboli, Sam Mugisha and Caleb Barlow also scored for Westbrook.

Ethan Ouellette scored all three Massabesic goals.

Jacob Brackett of Westbrook stopped nine shots. Xavier Lundrigan and Joshua Castonguay combined for 13 saves for Massabesic.

BRUNSWICK 7, OXFORD HILLS 0: Carlyle Boyle scored three second-half goals to lead the Dragons (1-2-2) past the Vikings (1-4) in Brunswick.

Thomas Madigan put Brunswick ahead with a goal in the 10th minute. Noah Greene added two goals in the second half and Henry Doherty scored one. Emmet Taub recorded two assists.

Jared Hummer of Brunswick recorded 10 saves. Wyatt Ryder stopped 16 shots for the Vikings.

CHEVERUS 5, NOBLE 0: Luc Dionne scored three goals and recorded two assists to lead the Stags (2-3) past the Knights (1-3) in Portland.

Cheverus exploded for four goals in a 13-minute span in the second half. During the stretch, Dionne scored twice, and assisted on goals by Michael Nason and Chris St. John.

Dionne had opened the scoring with an assist by Tanner LaFlamme with 26:02 left in the first half.

Harrison Bell recorded five saves in the shutout.

SCARBOROUGH 1, SOUTH PORTLAND 0: Noah Stracqualursi scored with seven minutes remaining in the first half to send the Red Storm (3-2) past the Red Riots (2-3) in South Portland.

Scarborough goalie Chris Franklin recorded four saves. Riley Hasson stopped six shots for the Red Riots.

NYA 2, ST. DOMINIC 0: Finn Murray and Xander Bartone scored first-half goals to lead North Yarmouth Academy (2-2) past the Saints (0-3) at Yarmouth.

CAPE ELIZABETH 1, GREELY 0: Connor Thoreck scored off a pass from Nicolai Sabbatini midway through the first half and the Capers (3-1-1) held on to beat the Rangers (2-3) in Cumberland.

A.J. Eisenhart made eight saves for Greely, while Sean Agrodnia stopped six for Cape.

KENNEBUNK 2, FREEPORT 1: Brendan Whitten scored a pair of first-half goals and the Rams (3-1-1) held off the visiting Falcons (2-1).

Whitten scored a minute in off a throw-in from Simon Butterfield, then scored 10 minutes later off a rebound of an Eli Richardson shot.

Eriksen Shea scored for Freeport just before halftime.

Wil Kenneway stopped six shots for the Rams. Joe Burke made eight saves for the Falcons.

WAYNFLETE 1, SACOPEE VALLEY 0: Asker Hussein scored in the first half and the Flyers (3-0-1) defeated the Hawks (1-1-1) in South Hiram.

Ilyas Abdi assisted on Hussein’s goal.

Luca Antonlini of Waynflete stopped seven shots. Hawks goalie Cam Cyr recorded 10 saves.
