The History channel show “American Pickers” is coming back to Maine and its producers are looking for leads on where they might find valuable antiques.
The documentary series features Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz as they travel the country looking for big, unique collections.
“The pair hopes to give historically significant objects a new lease on life, while learning a thing or two about America’s past along the way,” according to a news release from the show’s producers.
Two years ago, Wolfe and Fritz visited Skowhegan for a day of picking at two homes on Pleasant Street off Madison Avenue near downtown.
The show is asking people to contact them if they have a collection or know someone who does. Email your name, phone number, location and description of the collection with photos to: americanpickers@cineflix.com or call 855-653-7878.
