BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick High School freshman football team improved to 2-0 with a 46-18 victory over Leavitt on Thursday.

Dragon touchdowns were scored by Wes Coffin and Owen Richardson (two each), Rashaun Washington and Noah Goddard.

Rashaun scored on a kickoff return and Owen on a long pass. Extra points were scored by Richardson, Mitch Lienert, Chandler Coombs, Silus Moody and Wes Coffin.

Izzy Headley led the way for both the defensive and offensive line, and recovered a Hornets fumble. Logan Kenney also recovered a fumble and Coombs intercepted a pass.

Brunswick hosts Skowhegan this upcoming Thursday.
