PORTLAND — The School Board’s Public Engagement Committee will hold its third forum on Oct. 8.
The committee, which was formed to enhance engagement between the community and the board, will meet at the Woodlands Club, 179 Woodford St., from 10-11:30 a.m. The committee has already hosted two other forums.
The committee includes board members Sarah Thompson, Pious Ali and John Eder, with Thompson serving as chairwoman. Superintendent of Schools Xavier Botana will also attend the forum.
