BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick High School freshman girls soccer team handed Freeport a 3-2 loss in a back-and-forth contest on Monday.

Bridget Smith and Katherine Hartnett scored in the first half for the Dragons, and Anna Parker gave Brunswick an insurance goal before the Falcons scored twice to get close.

Strong performances by Emma Paledzki, Lizzy Koval, Emily Swan and Anna Nadeau helped shore up the win.
