Virginia was born June 18, 1920 in Plympton, Digby County, Nova Scotia. She was the eldest of three daughters of Arlene Frederica Warner Everett and Captain Leon Otto Vincent Everett.
Virginia grew up in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey and graduated from Hasbrouck Heights High School in 1938.
Visitation will take place at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home in Whiting, New Jersey on Friday, October 7, 2016 between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. A memorial service will take place at 11:30 a.m. at the same location. Burial will follow in The Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, New Jersey at 1:00 p.m.
