11/1 at 10:45 p.m. Robert Sukeforth, 45, of Purchase Street, Rockland, was arrested by Officer Benjamin Burnes on U.S. Route 1 on charges of violating conditions of release, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
