11/13 at 9:59 a.m. Gordon Higgins Jr., 47, of South Street, was arrested on South Street by Officer Joshua Robinson on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
Summonses
11/7 at 8:17 a.m. Craig Burns, 28, of Spring Street, Yarmouth, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Derek Lucas on charges of operating without a license and failing to obtain a drivers license.
11/7 at 9:01 a.m. James Rutland, 77, of Mullins Bog East, Lincolnville, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Shawn Miles on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
