NEW PORTLAND — Speed and snowy road conditions contributed to a single-vehicle crash early Monday morning that killed a driver, police said.

Connor Graham, 21, of Hampden, was driving a 2007 GMC Sierra pickup truck north on Bog Road when the truck veered off a curve, according to a Somerset County Sheriff’s Office statement.

After leaving the road, the truck hit a tree and spun around, traveling farther until it was pinned up against the trees. Graham was dead at the scene.
