Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice,a meditation workshops are set for Goodall Memorial Library in Sanford 4-5 p.m. Mndays Jan. 23, Feb. 13, and MArch 20., and are led Cindy Simon.

Organzers urge folks to meditate to relieve anxiety, anger and depression by learning to live in the present moment.  Enjoy deep stillness and quiet and rid your mind of negative chatter.  Live with more acceptance, letting go, happiness, and gratitude.
