Chapman is a 2016 graduate of the University of Maine. He was an intern at Means Wealth Management in Bangor. Chapman lives in Westbrook.

McNally brings 15 years of management and lending experience. She attends the University of Maine at Augusta and lives in Augusta.

Allen Insurance and Financial announced that Dan Bookham was appointed vice president of the corporation.
Bookham, of Rockland, joined the company’s business insurance division in September 2012 after four years as executive director of the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce. He was named business development director in 2013.

Kennebec Savings Bank has promoted Jennifer Bechard to a human resources officer.
Bechard works at the bank’s main office in Augusta. She originally joined the bank in 2015 as its payroll and human resources information system manager.
