O’Coin brings more than 10 years of commercial banking experience serving Maine and New Hampshire clients. Before joining Key, he served as a commercial workout officer for TD Bank N.A. in Portland.

Diane Kelly joined First Financial Mortgage as a mortgage loan officer.
Kelly, of Scarborough, previously worked for Bank of America as a financial center operations manager.

 

Norton Financial Services hired Matt Chapman as an investment assistant.
Chapman is a 2016 graduate of the University of Maine. He was an intern at Means Wealth Management in Bangor. Chapman lives in Westbrook.

 

New Dimensions Federal Credit Union hired Brianne McNally as manager of its Augusta branch.
McNally brings 15 years of management and lending experience. She attends the University of Maine at Augusta and lives in Augusta.

 

Heal Accounting Solutions P.C. hired Lisa Ladd as a tax administrative assistant.
Ladd, of Owls Head, brings experience with various types of small businesses and an interest in taxation.

Cribstone Capital Management added Timothy Woodhouse to its advisory team.
Woodhouse, of South Portland, was named director, private client services, for Cribstone Capital Management. He previously worked for Camden National Wealth Management, formerly known as Acadia Trust, as senior vice president, director of trust services. He has over 18 years of investment, trust, tax, and estate planning experience.

Thompson-Hamel LLC hired Natalie Nadeau as an associate.
Nadeau, of Bangor, brings more than 11 years of retail and commercial banking experience. Most recently, she worked at Camden National Bank as an assistant vice president of treasury management and government banking.

PROMOTIONS
Allen Insurance and Financial announced that Dan Bookham was appointed vice president of the corporation.
Bookham, of Rockland, joined the company’s business insurance division in September 2012 after four years as executive director of the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce. He was named business development director in 2013.

Kennebec Savings Bank has promoted Jennifer Bechard to a human resources officer.
Bechard works at the bank’s main office in Augusta. She originally joined the bank in 2015 as its payroll and human resources information system manager.

Macpage LLC promoted several individuals on its staff.
Bethany Bougie, Kelly Peaslee and Meredith Schalk were promoted to managers.

Bougie specializes in performing audit services to financial institutions and employee benefit plans.
