BIDDEFORD — Maine State Police Troop A is seeking information in locating a transient wanted on theft charges.

Police are looking for information on the whereabouts of Jennifer N. Nadeau, known as Nicole Nadeau, 39, who is wanted for felony theft.

Felony theft is a Class C crime carrying a sentence of up to five years in prison and fines upward of $5,000.

Nadeau is a transient and is believed to be in the Biddeford area, the agency said on its social media pages.

Anyone with information into Nadeau’s whereabouts is asked to contact the State Police Barracks in Gray at 657-3030 and ask for Corp. Doug Cropper.
