SANFORD — The following people were arrested or charged by Sanford Police March 15  to March 22:

• Caleb Brown, 20, 8 Fox Farm Hill Road, Apt. 7, North Berwick, was arrested on a warrant at 12:24 p.m. March 15 on Main Street.

• Amanda E. Bowden, 36, 16 Breary Ave., Apt. 12, was arrested and charged with theft by deception, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release at 4:42 p.m. March 17 on Main Street.

• Dillon Alexander Munroe, 29, 678 Morrill’s Mills Road, Apt. 25, North Berwick, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence March 18 at 1:31 a.m. on Main Street.

• Jason Adelord Parlin, 38, 1230 Carl Broggi Highway, Apt. E., Lebanon, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street at 9:02 a.m. March 19.

• Zachary P. Bubar, 30, 911 Main St., Apt. 203, was arrested on a warrant at 6:33 p.m. March 19 on Main Street.

• Megan L. Rocheville, 27, 14 Pleasant St., Apt. B, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street at 7:48 p.m. March 19.

• A 15-year-old and a 16-year-old face charges after a disturbance on Sanford High School Boulevard at 2:13 p.m March 22. The 16-year-old was summonsed for disorderly conduct fighting and harassment; the 15-year-old for disorderly conduct fighting.

• Zachary Hersey, 18, was issued a summons for driving without a license at 9:52 a.m. March 21 on Pleasant Street.

• Christopher Louis Angers, 34, 24 Riverview St., was arrested on a warrant on Riverview Street at 8:30 p.m. March 21.

• Salina Alicia Stewart, 33, 132 Hayden Court, Mount Holly, North Carolina, was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at 4:19 p.m. March 16 on Main Street.

• Nicole Avis Higgins, 37, 21 Eastern Ave., Rochester, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence at 11:55 p.m. March 16 on Main Street.
