Percy is a shy, rather scrawny sweetheart of a cat that was found as a stray kitty in Phippsburg. We estimate he’s about 1.5 years old. He’s can startle easily, but he is very affectionate and has a motor to rival the flashiest sports car! As long as he has a nice hidey-hole to retreat to, Percy is a dream kitty! He could use a little fattening up, too — we’d love to find him someone who can spoil him dearly!
