BRUNSWICK

As a continuation of the local Lutheran/Roman Catholic observance of Reformation 500, a guided tour of the historic St. John the Baptist Church at 37 Pleasant St. in Brunswick will be given on Saturday, May 6, at 10 a.m.

This free event is offered as part of series of opportunities during this 500th anniversary year of the Reformation to strengthen understanding and friendship between the congregations of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and All Saints Catholic Parish. During the tour, participants will learn the history of the building and be made aware of the special devotions of its early parishioners. Items from the church Museum will also be viewed.

Following the tour light refreshments will be served. All are welcome.
