Our governor is credited with doing stupid things, such as running off to D.C. to fight over a national monument. Now he acts like we are in the months of February and March as far as signing off on funds for this season’s road construction.

Well, I hate to tell the governor that it is now the second week of May. Every day he delays awarding funding, he is hindering the reasons other companies may want to come to Maine to do business. No one is sure of what his next move will be.

So let’s welcome new business to Maine, the way life should be – that is, if you are a friend of the governor. But don’t forget: He is always right.
