ARUNDEL — Chad C. Dionne, 37, of Arundel, died Monday, May 29, 2017, at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford

He was born Jan. 19, 1980 in Fort Kent, a son of Carlton and Brenda (Daigle) Dionne.  He was educated there through his junior year of high school; after moving here he completed his senior year and graduated from Biddeford High school in the Class of 1998. Chad then studied at the Barren Institute of Technology and became an ASE certified master technician.

On Oct. 25, 2003, he married Michelle Lavoie in Old Orchard Beach.

Chad owned and operated Dionne’s Auto Service on Elm St. in Biddeford. Working with vehicles was his profession, his hobby and his passion. He loved to frequent car shows and was crew chief for Nick Campbell of the Ruck Paving Team. It gave him great pleasure to show his son how to work with cars.

Chad was preceded in death by: his paternal grandparents, Roland and Viola (Goslin) Dionne; his maternal grandfather Normand Daigle.  

Surviving are: his wife, Michelle, and son, Chad Willian Dionne, of Arundel; his parents of Biddeford; a sister, Chasity Dionne of Norway, Maine; maternal grandmother, Arlene Daigle of Winterville, Maine; his mother-in-law, Diana Kane of Biddeford; three nephews, one niece; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
