Staff at Oceanwood Camp and Conference Center install a beach access mat at the Randall Avenue entrance to the beach in Ocean Park on Wednesday afternoon. The mat creates a smoother path for people in wheelchairs or those with mobility issues. It will remain on the beach for seven weeks and can be used by members of the general public.
