SACO — Prepare for a blast from the past Saturday morning, as classic cars line up along Main Street for the 8th annual Saco Main Street Classic Car Show.

The car show will run from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., although some of the participants will arrive at 5:30 or 6 a.m. to secure a good spot, said Saco Main Street Executive Director Rob Biggs. Cars will be parked along both side of Main Street, which will be open to traffic.

The show is free for spectators, and there will be a DJ playing music.

Biggs said organizers are anticipating 150-200 participants from Maine as well as New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. There will be a variety of vintage cars on display, from 1918 all the way up to the 1980s, said Biggs.
