Barbara was a member of the Cornerstone United Methodist Church in Saco, where she volunteered her time as the treasurer for 12 years.

Some of the happiest years of her life were the ones spent in Berwick caring for her great niece, Kelley, during Kelley’s school years. Barbara was an avid sports fan with the Boston Red Sox being her lifetime favorites. She is survived by her nephews Michael Russell and his wife Cheryl, John Russell and his wife Kim; great-niece Kelley (Russell) Ogden and her husband Jason; great niece Erin Russell; and, great-nephews Ryan Russell and Sean Russell.
