Question 1 casino revenue projections cannot be achieved. It’s basic math.
The gambling population won’t increase. The majority go to Bangor or Oxford. A small percentage go to Plainridge or Foxwoods. A third casino would only diminish the profits at Bangor and Oxford.
Neither casino has delivered what they projected, and it’s impossible for a third casino to so.
