11/14 at 1:10 p.m. Georgianna Elwell, 21, of Broadway Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Rebecca Kavanaugh on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
11/14 at 12:43 a.m. Timothy Berube, 19, of Park Avenue, Auburn, was issued a summons on Royalsbrough Road by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over the limit and violating conditions of release.
