Maine State Police and an emergency medical crew responded to a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 295 in Topsham about 2:04 p.m. on Thursday.
One person has been taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland, according to a dispatcher.
The extent of the injuries, the precise location of the crash and the circumstances are not known.
