SACO — The Festival of Trees has once again added some seasonal spirit and festive flair to the Saco Museum.

This festival, in its thirteenth year, features trees and wreaths decorated by local artists and community groups. The theme this year is Winter Celebrations.

There are 40 trees and nearly 20 wreaths on display, some of which will be raffled off. There are also several holiday displays, including a gingerbread village.

The decorations will be on display through Dec. 30 at the museum, located at 371 Main St. The Saco Museum is open noon to 5 p.m. Sunday and Tuesday through Thursday, noon to 8 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. It is closed on Dec. 24.

Admission to the Festival of Trees is free thanks to the sponsorship of local businesses and individuals.
