On Tuesday, Biddeford’s inauguration of newly elected officials took place in the City Theater. Mayor Alan Casavant, left, was inaugurated for his fourth term. Prior to the ceremony, he chats with the new mayor from over the river, Marston Lovell, who was sworn in for his first term as Saco’s mayor on Monday. In addition, to mayor, city councilors, school board members and others were sworn in Tuesday.
