TOPSHAM — Mt. Ararat High School freshman swimmer Cora Spelke broke a school mark in a recent swim meet against Hyde at the Bath Area Family YMCA.
Swimming in the 500-yard freestyle, Spelke touched in 5:54.55, breaking the previous mark held by Celia Ouellette (6:00.17).
The Eagles host Waterville/ Winslow in a meet at Bowdoin College on Friday at 7 p.m.
